Description
This collection of photographs consists of the construction and renovation of the Morris County Library, ca. 1996-1999, through completion of the library extension in June of 2001. Box 13 contains 3 small photo albums; an album of the circulation desk renovation in 1996; site plans of new library including front elevation, ground floor plan, second floor plan, site layout plan; feasibility reports dated June 12, 1990; zoning map; and miscellaneous articles on the expansion project.
Also included in Box 13: Copy of Frelinghuysen Indenture; schematic of building under construction; computer printout photos of progress; report from August 4, 1999 of a sewer line being crushed during construction and gas filling the building; comparison of advantages and disadvantages of various sites for new building or expansion; project cost estimate.
